Marie Donovan, Homeowner, has served on CAI’s Educational Services Committee
for almost six years. Marie has a work background of over 30 years industrial
engineering experience in project management and process improvement/management.
She also has had over ten years experience serving as president, vice-president
and director at two homeowners associations, where she introduced structured
strategic planning and project management principles to conduct business and
accomplish association objectives. |

Jim Fraker, PCAM, CCAM, has been in the
property management business
28 years and with Professional Community Management (PCM) for
21 years. Jim’s position of Vice President-San Diego, includes
supervising ten community managers who manage fifty-five homeowner
associations. Jim is a CAI San Diego Board member and just for fun is a
member on his own association’s board. Jim is originally from Michigan
and obtained his B.A. degree in Economics at the University of Michigan
(Go Blue!). In his spare time, Jim enjoys outdoor activities such as
hiking and golf. |

Elizabeth A. French is a Partner in the law firm of Green Bryant & French,
LLP. Her practice emphasizes the representation of community associations in
all aspects of the law. Ms. French is also experienced in representing individuals
in tort and personal injury actions. Further, Ms. French is experienced in advising
and representing employers in all aspects of employment law.
Ms. French earned a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from St. Mary’s
College of Notre Dame, Indiana in 1990. In 1993, Ms. French earned her juris
doctor degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington. In
addition to graduating in the top tier of her class, Ms. French was active and
successful in the moot court program at Gonzaga University.
Ms. French is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California,
as well as the District Court for the Southern District of California. Ms. French
has written numerous articles on issues relating to community associations. Ms.
French is a regular contributor to Community Association Institute publications
for San Diego and Riverside Counties on topics relating to community associations. |

Heather Kamps-Collins works with Westturf Landscape Management as their Business
Development representative for San Diego County. She has been in the
landscape industry for over 15 years and active with CAI for over 10 years. Heather
is on the Community Relations and Membership Committee for CAI and has been
on the Board of Directors for 5 years. She has served
on her own Board of Directors for the Encinitas Ranch Homeowners Association
and prior to getting into the landscape industry was a portfolio manager in the
CID industry for 3-1/2 years. Heather received the CAI San Diego Chapter
Member of the Year in 2003, the Social Coordinator of the Year in 2000, and Networker
of the Year for the Women's Referral Network group in 2000. |

Lindsay King is the Marketing Director for AV
Builder Corp, a full-service general contracting firm that has been a member
of CAI San Diego chapter for 17 years. For the past two years, Lindsay
has served as the Chair for the Community Relations Committee and organizer for
Casa de Amparo, the designated philanthropy for CAI San Diego Chapter. Lindsay
began her career in the industry in 2005 and is an active member in multiple
chapters. |

Kimberly Lilley is the Marketing Representative
for Berg Insurance Agency which has been providing Homeowners’ Associations
with specialized service for 35 years. She is active on the Educational
Services Committee, California Legislative Action Committee Roundtable, and Magazine
Committee for which she was recognized in 2007 with a CAI San Diego chapter award. Kimberly
is also active in three other CAI Chapters, as well as CACM, and has met with
local legislators to discuss the needs of homeowners, board members and managers,
as well as to promote CAI San Diego as an excellent way to educate in the area
of Common Interest Developments. |
